The company (I am going to work for) is in Tulsa and so I do not have to move. I have just accepted the offer, after some brief negotiations. I am quite satisfied with the offer. I will start the new job on October 1st. I am thankful for the smooth transition.

I have taken a quick look at your materials. They are very informative and certainly will be referred and used throughout the rest of my career, including future raises negotiation.
